The work

Own the full Canadian post-delinquency lifecycle: digital and outbound collections, third-party agency placement, and post-charge-off recoveries.
Develop and optimize collections channel strategy and recoveries performance analytics.
Set and iterate the Canadian collections and recoveries strategy across various metrics.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
