10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a Big 4 or national public accounting firm
CPA designation required

The work

Serve as the subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP and lead the application of complex accounting standards
Prepare technical accounting memos, policies, and financial statements
Own the technical accounting aspects of the Company's annual audit and support IPO preparation
Partner with various teams to evaluate new products and significant transactions
