Westlake, Texas, in-office collaboration Monday to Wednesday, work-from-home Thursday and Friday
$50,000—$60,000 USD base salary plus uncapped commissions
1+ years of experience in Sales Support or Account Management
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

The work

Build and manage a high-performing broker portfolio through outreach and onboarding
Serve as the primary contact for partner brokers, providing support and guidance
Support the pricing and contracting process for brokers
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
