Join our team in Singapore as a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience across APAC. You'll manage logistics and support hiring efforts in a fast-growing environment.
Details

- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high volume scheduling
- Fluency in English, additional APAC languages a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The work
- Schedule APAC interview loops across multiple time zones
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks
- Maintain accurate systems for APAC roles, including job setup and scheduling
