Join our team in Singapore as a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience across APAC. You'll manage logistics and support hiring efforts in a fast-growing environment.

Details

Singapore, work from office
4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high volume scheduling
Fluency in English, additional APAC languages a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The work

Schedule APAC interview loops across multiple time zones
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks
Maintain accurate systems for APAC roles, including job setup and scheduling
