You will guide customers through the deployment of AI systems, ensuring they achieve effective use of the technology. This role involves technical integration and program design to enhance customer experiences with Claude products.

The work

Manage the activation journey from contract to deployment for Claude products
Deploy and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and other integrations within customer environments
Advise customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup
Design scalable activation frameworks and programs for customer onboarding
