10+ years of progressive cost and inventory accounting experience
5+ years in a management or leadership role
U.S. Citizenship required

The work

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to cost accounting and inventory valuation
Oversee standard costing and job-costing across manufacturing programs
Govern inventory accounting for raw materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and finished goods
Build, mentor, and lead a team of cost accountants and inventory control specialists
