£30,000–£32,000 plus quarterly performance bonus
2+ years of contract recruitment experience

The work

Design and deliver training programmes for junior Recruitment Consultants
Coach consultants across recruitment, sales, and business development
Support new-starter onboarding and induction programmes
Conduct training needs analysis alongside managers and business leaders
