Job description

You will work in 360° recruiting, managing the entire process from client acquisition to candidate placement. This role combines sales and recruitment responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Details

  • Köln, on-site work
  • Secure base salary plus attractive commissions
  • Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus, but not required
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and very good English

The work

  • Identify potential clients and acquire companies
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
