Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in loss prevention or investigations, preferably in retail

The work

Use data to achieve company shrinkage goals in assigned stores
Conduct investigations into theft and fraud incidents
Utilize CCTV to monitor store activities and identify safety concerns
Educate staff on loss prevention practices and asset protection policies
