Join Quantum's Performance Marketing team as a Creative Strategist in London, where you'll blend creativity with data to drive measurable growth. You'll take ownership of creative testing and experimentation across various platforms.

London, hybrid working (3 days in office)
2+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative
Skills in UGC and lo-fi production, familiarity with tools like CapCut and Canva

The work

Own creative experimentation and run the creative testing roadmap
Mine customer insights and performance data to inform creative ideas
Develop personas and concepts across different stages of customer awareness
Source and brief creators, and prototype content to increase testing diversity
