$300,000–$350,000 OTE (base + variable) and competitive equity
7+ years in business development or partnerships, primarily in fintech or wealthtech

The work

Build and manage Hazel's partnership pipeline across various channels
Lead high-level conversations with major broker-dealers and technology providers
Design partnership economics and deal structures
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize partnership outcomes
