Join a dedicated team in Boston to provide high-quality therapy for individuals with severe mental illness. You'll work collaboratively to deliver integrated care and support patients through their recovery journey.

Boston, MA, in-person clinic
$65,000–$100,000 per year plus performance-based bonus
Active Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC license in Massachusetts required
1+ years of experience with severe mental illness

The work

Provide individual and group therapy to complex SMI patients
Support patients in their recovery journey, both in person and virtually
Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic model
Collaborate with care teams to ensure cohesive patient care
