New York City, hybrid work model, 4–5 days in office
$270,000 to $410,000 per year
4+ years of law firm experience in Technology Transactions and/or IP Transactions
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Conduct due diligence using AI tools for rapid document reviews
Integrate AI agents into deal execution workflows
