Remote work available
5–7 years of experience in financial management or FP&A
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Skills: SQL, financial reporting, variance analysis

The work

Own the monthly revenue performance reporting cycle and develop dashboards for senior management
Lead preparation of monthly management accounts commentary and quarterly Board financial packs
Manage donor financial reporting and ensure compliance with grant requirements
Co-lead the annual budgeting cycle and maintain rolling revenue forecasts
