- Familiarity with MDM platforms, SSO/identity configuration, and multi-OS environments
The work
- Provide technical support during customer onboarding
- Pull logs and write root cause analyses for issues
- Maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation
- Feed field findings into the product roadmap
