You will design and optimize data processes for student enrollment at ALU. This role involves building systems and tools to enhance data integrity and reporting.

Remote work
1-2 years of experience in data, systems, or operations role
Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and/or CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Practical data engineering skills

Map and design data structure across the recruitment funnel
Translate process designs into specifications for system builds
Own core enrollment dashboards and reporting
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency
