Job description

You will design and validate the curriculum for the BSc Entrepreneurial Leadership programme in a hybrid setting. This role focuses on enhancing educational quality and aligning with industry standards in Rwanda and Mauritius.

Details

Hybrid (Rwanda and Mauritius)
Minimum of 7 years experience
Master’s degree in Public Policy, Sustainable Development, or related field

The work

Review and refine the current learning curriculum of the Entrepreneurial Leadership programme
Assess programme alignment with accreditation requirements and quality assurance framework
Conduct a comprehensive curriculum gap analysis against global standards
Collaborate with academic leadership and industry stakeholders to validate curriculum recommendations
