Job description

You will prototype carbon structures quickly and efficiently as part of the Airframe team. Your role involves hands-on work with composite materials and collaboration with engineers to create flight-worthy parts.

Details

  • Lausanne, work from office
  • Technical diploma or degree in composite materials, mechanical/aerospace manufacturing, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proven experience in rapid in-house composite prototyping (carbon/glass fibre)

The work

  • Produce carbon prototype structures quickly in-house
  • Build and maintain moulds and tooling in coordination with the design team
  • Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and model simple parts in CAD
  • Train production operators on fabrication and assembly processes
