You will manage enterprise client relationships to ensure their success with Conveo's platform. This role involves onboarding, driving adoption, and building strong client partnerships.

1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, or account management
Willingness to travel to clients

The work

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion
Run world-class onboarding and training for clients
Drive adoption and create internal champions within client organizations
Build relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level
