  • PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
  • 10+ years experience for Director; 14+ years for Senior Director

The work

  • Co-define and steer Altos’ core technical agenda with the IoC Leadership Team
  • Lead a team of ML Scientists and Engineers, providing technical guidance
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders across different functions
  • Provide mentorship and support the professional development of the team
