PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
10+ years experience for Director; 14+ years for Senior Director

The work

Co-define and steer Altos’ core technical agenda with the IoC Leadership Team
Lead a team of ML Scientists and Engineers, providing technical guidance
Build partnerships with key stakeholders across different functions
Provide mentorship and support the professional development of the team
