Job description

You will support the Managing Partner at Aegis Ventures in driving strategic initiatives and managing key relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into company building and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

$200,000 - $215,000 base salary with a target annual cash bonus of 20%
3–7 years of professional experience required

The work

Serve as a thought partner to the Managing Partner, identifying key priorities and recommending paths forward.
Ensure high-priority tasks move forward by clarifying decisions and resolving blockers.
Draft communications that reflect the Managing Partner's voice for various stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across Aegis and its partners to facilitate collaboration.
