Job description

Join Yoodli as a Corporate Counsel to manage commercial legal functions and support business operations. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth negotiations and compliance.

Details

Remote - West Coast based
$150,000 - $185,000 and meaningful equity
3-5 years of in-house legal experience
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

The work

Own the Contract Lifecycle by reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product on legal guidance
Support Data Privacy and Security Compliance for customer and vendor agreements
Build and maintain legal infrastructure, including templates and playbooks
