You will help prevent and respond to fraud on Twilio's communications platform. This remote role is based in Estonia and requires analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

1-2 years experience in a queue based/contact center environment
Basic knowledge of SQL

The work

Investigate cases of fraud and analyze non-compliant traffic
Identify and take action against bad actors and fraudulent activity
Recommend preventative solutions to stop bad actors
Work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays
