$150,000-200,000 base salary + equity + benefits
Experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure required

The work

Track and manage all break/fix incidents across multiple data centers
Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and engineering groups
Provide operational status reports and incident summaries
