$200,000-$310,000 salary with equity compensation
8+ years of experience in growth or talent supply, including 5+ years leading teams

The work

Define and own the expert acquisition strategy
Lead the channel portfolio for expert recruitment
Develop partnerships with industry organizations and educational institutions
Manage the growth scorecard and metrics for expert activation
