  • $125,000—$185,000 USD
  • 3–5 years of relevant commercial or transactional legal experience in-house
  • J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management platforms

The work

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
  • Serve as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams
  • Manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
  • Contribute to the development of contract templates and negotiation guidelines
