Join Snorkel AI as a Counsel, Commercial, where you'll manage commercial contracts and support business teams. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco or New York City.

Details

$125,000—$185,000 USD
3–5 years of relevant commercial or transactional legal experience in-house
J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management platforms

The work

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
Serve as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams
Manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
Contribute to the development of contract templates and negotiation guidelines
