4–6 years of experience in IT industry
Strong understanding of IT recruitment and hiring methodologies
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter

The work

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and conduct employee induction programs
Maintain employee records and support employee engagement initiatives
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare HR reports
