Join a growing personal injury law firm in Austin, TX, as a Trial Attorney. You'll manage a high-volume caseload while advocating for clients in trials and litigation.

Austin, TX, work from office
$80,000 - $100,000 starting base salary, with potential for additional compensation from settlements and verdicts
Licensed to practice law, trial advocacy experience preferred
Active and in good standing with the local State Bar

The work

Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in litigation each month
Engage with clients, ensuring proactive communication throughout the legal process
Conduct depositions, draft motions, and develop case strategies
Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes
