$80,000 - $100,000 starting base salary, with potential earnings up to $350,000
Licensed to practice law in Texas, with trial advocacy experience preferred

The work

Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in litigation each month
Engage with clients to maintain proactive communication
Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations
Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
