Join Rush Street Interactive as a Player Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in customer support within the iGaming industry. You'll develop essential skills while assisting players and resolving their concerns.

The work

Assist the Player Support team in responding to customer inquiries
Develop communication skills across support channels
Document customer interactions and follow support procedures
Contribute to projects aimed at improving player satisfaction
