Job description

You will provide exceptional customer support in finance-related inquiries while working in a team environment. This role requires in-person attendance at one of our offices in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake.

Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX, in-person attendance expected 5 days a week during onboarding, at least 3 days a week afterward
$28.10—$33 USD per hour
Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required
Schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends

Deliver outstanding customer experience through phone, email, and chat
Identify and communicate better ways to serve customers
Develop expertise in complex financial concepts like equities trading and margin
Defuse customer anxiety with exceptional service skills
