$190,000–$220,000 annual salary, eligible for 15% annual bonus
6–10 years of experience in data engineering
2+ years in a technical lead role

The work

Establish and enforce architecture standards for data infrastructure
Lead the build-out of the modern data stack, including ELT pipelines
Hire and develop data engineering talent, providing mentorship
Directly manage the data science team, translating business problems into projects
