Details

Seattle, onsite 5 days a week
$190,000-$230,000 annual salary
7+ years of backend software engineering experience in Java
5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable)

The work

Manage, mentor, and lead a small team of software engineers
Write production-grade backend code daily — services, pipelines, APIs
Lead system design for new platform capabilities: ingestion pipelines, entity resolution, enrichment workflows
Own the technical quality of the team's output: code review, architecture decisions, performance
