Remote - USA
$160,000 - $210,000 salary and equity
8-12+ years of experience in product marketing or commercialization
Experience in consumer tech, CPG, wellness, cannabis, or another regulated category

Lead product marketing across PAX’s device and consumables portfolios
Own go-to-market strategy for new products and major portfolio initiatives
Track product and launch performance across various metrics
Build repeatable processes for managing products throughout their lifecycle
