Job description

Join Muon Space as an Environmental Test Engineering Intern to support spacecraft hardware testing in San Jose, CA. Gain hands-on experience while working with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Details

San Jose, CA, on-site
$40/hour for Bachelor's students, $45/hour for Master's, $50/hour for PhD
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Python or similar programming languages

The work

Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of environmental testing for spacecraft
Support test setup and instrumentation, including thermocouples and accelerometers
Collect and analyze environmental test data to verify hardware performance
Generate test documentation and reports under engineer supervision
