You will define and execute quality strategies for Generative AI applications in a remote role based in LATAM. This position involves evaluating AI outputs and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure high-quality standards.

$20-25 per hour
5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering
2+ years of experience with Amazon Bedrock

The work

Define testing and evaluation strategies for Generative AI applications
Create and maintain evaluation datasets and regression suites
Design conversational test cases and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy
Build automated evaluation pipelines and integrate quality checks into CI/CD
