1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience supporting or recruiting for technology or SaaS roles
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

The work

Support the full-cycle recruitment process including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Facilitate communications between candidates and hiring managers
Manage full-cycle recruiting for junior and support-level roles
