You will lead the onboarding and coaching for sales teams in Salt Lake City. Your role focuses on developing enablement programs to enhance seller performance and productivity.

4+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement in a SaaS environment

The work

Serve as the primary enablement partner for sales roles across the NA Commercial region
Design and facilitate workshops to help sellers apply sales methodologies
Support new hire onboarding and track their progress
Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and customize enablement programs
