$185,000—$200,000 USD
8+ years of corporate tax experience
Skills: CPA or MST preferred, strong command of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax compliance, experience with ASC 740

The work

Establish tax policies, documentation, controls, and procedures
Lead U.S. federal and state corporate income tax compliance
Own quarterly and annual income tax provision work under U.S. GAAP
Identify and mitigate corporate tax risks
