Join our team as an AI Platform Support Engineer, working closely with ML engineers to enhance AI infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot complex issues and improve platform reliability in a collaborative environment.

The work

Partner with customer engineering teams on production workloads
Diagnose and resolve distributed systems and ML infrastructure issues
Analyze logs and system behavior to isolate root causes
Identify patterns in customer issues to drive reliability improvements
