You will manage and optimize commercial technology tools for Juul Labs' US Commercial organization. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance CRM and other platforms.

8+ years of experience in sales operations or software engineering
Salesforce certification strongly preferred

The work

Support the Commercial Systems roadmap, including CRM and technology tools
Manage development and optimization of the Salesforce platform
Lead a small team of Salesforce administrators and systems analysts
Develop and maintain the AI roadmap for the Commercial function
