Details

  • Remote within Poland, with hybrid or full-time options in Warsaw
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency with financial systems including NetSuite and Ramp
  • Strong command of Google Workspace tools

The work

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report and monitor outstanding payables
  • Support month-end close activities by reconciling AP and corporate credit card accounts
  • Act as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries
