You will lead the engagement process for building AI Co-Workers, collaborating with various teams and clients. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful delivery.

Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience including 5+ years in Product Management or Consulting
5+ years of experience in working and leading via the agile methodology

The work

Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into scoped AI Co-Worker solutions
Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience in collaboration with Delivery teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build and deployment phases
Align cross-functional teams to keep builds on track
