Join our Order and Inventory Management Team in Lille as a Support Engineer, focusing on the stability and evolution of our orchestration tools. You'll work on incident resolution, transformation projects, and maintain communication with stakeholders during critical operations.

The work

Organize daily ticket resolution and ensure service level agreements
Perform root cause analysis and enhance monitoring tools
Drive updates on SAP ECC module and prepare for S/4HANA migration
Maintain communication with stakeholders during incidents
