3+ years in instructional design or customer education at a B2B SaaS company
Experience creating customer-facing content that drives measurable adoption

The work

Map customer audiences and identify learning needs
Create onboarding and enablement materials like videos and guides
Evaluate and implement a learning management system
Measure the impact of content on customer health and adoption
