Join Cresco Labs as a Cultivation Agent to support cannabis cultivation in Lincoln, IL. This weekend shift role involves hands-on plant care and maintaining production standards.

Lincoln, IL, on-site work
$19.25—$20.75 USD per hour
2 years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field
Must be 21 years of age or older

The work

Provide on-site cultivation support for cannabis gardens
Perform day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, and pruning
Maintain quality control measures and cleanliness in the production area
Apply pesticides and fungicides as needed
