You will manage commercial contracts and shape the legal framework at Cast AI. This role involves negotiating agreements and improving contracting processes as the company expands its product offerings.

Details

Based in the United States, Eastern or Central time zone preferred
$140,000–$170,000 + equity
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
Proven experience in tech transactions and negotiating commercial agreements

The work

Negotiate sales agreements for new logos and renewals
Draft and review NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer agreements
Revamp and standardize contracting processes for a multi-product business
Advise on compliance with data protection laws and intellectual property matters
